Ali Pack is Wildwood ALC’s Director of Operations, Acting Superintendent, and Facilitator. She supports the day-to-day functioning of the community while working closely with young people, families, facilitators, and community partners to help Wildwood thrive.
Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and has worked in a wide range of educational settings, including outdoor education centers, public schools, and a farm school. These experiences shaped her belief in relationship-centered, responsive learning environments.
Ali first joined the Wildwood community as a parent and was deeply moved by the sense of ease and belonging she observed among the children, as well as the authenticity and care in the facilitators’ interactions with participants. Ali is grateful to be part of a community rooted in trust, connection, and empowerment where young people are supported in learning and growing in their own unique ways.
